Terms & Conditions

 I am an Irish registered company based in Dublin Ireland. Silverbling only ships within Ireland.

Silverbling can not guarantee the speed of 3rd party shipping companies, no refunds will be given for customers missed short deadlines. Please order in plenty of time for your occasion.

Please leave earrings in the plastic bag provided until you need to display them. Sterling silver WILL tarnish.

 

Shipments and Returns

Thank you for shopping with Silverbling Jewellery, I really appreciate it.

As a small business I am not in the financial position to offer an open returns policy. I will do everything remove the need for returns, while I will never win any awards for photography the images in the red or pink box are taken by myself and are to scale.

Silverbling will adhere to distance selling regulations but please bear in mind when ordering that I am a small one person business not a large multiple, if several customers are looking for a refund due to changing their mind at the same time it puts the business under severe pressure.

Refunds will be given in the legal time frame of 14 days, notice is required by email or phone before the return to allow time for the funds to be allocated for a refund. If you change your mind all goods must be returned in the original packaging and all postal costs will be covered by the customer. Silverbling is not responsible for non registered items without a tracking number that go missing in the postal system. Should this happen the An Post missing items procedure should be followed.

All of our jewellery comes in a gift box or gift pouch, these do not always fit in all letter boxes please check if An Post has left your packet with a neighbour. Registered post is next day delivery and requires a signature, express post does not require a signature.

If for any reason you want to return a piece of jewellery please contact us, we will do our very best to resolve your problem. Please notify us of any return within 14 days and the reason for the return. We will sort any issues out promptly and efficiently to everyone's satisfaction. Any returns must be in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Return postage will be incurred by the sender unless the item is faulty.

All of our jewellery is inspected before shipment and packaged to avoid damage, problems should not occur, if they do please email asap to be rectified. We do not guarantee to replace any product that has not been sent registered post or tracked courier. Any disputes with standard post must follow the An Post procedure before a refund or replacement will be organised.

Any packages left with neighbours/other party or not collected from the sorting office within the post office timespan will not be replaced or refunded.

If you would like to compare items side by side or by colour shade please contact me I will take a photo for you. Every care will be taken to check the quality standards and the need for customer satisfaction before shipping, please contact me within 48 hours if there is an issue, customers are important to me I will do my utmost to resolve any issues in the shortest time possible

All of our jewellery comes in display boxes or gift pouches and your items are well protected to avoid any damage in transit. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch, nothing faulty will ever be sent out to a customer, should there be a fault you will be given the options of a refund, credit note, exchange or waiting for a replacement.

In the event of a refund Silverbling must be given a maximum of 48 hours notice after the goods have being delivered either by email or phone for a return or fault issue, funds will not be transferred from Paypal or Stripe to the companies bank account ensuring a full refund can be processed immediately.

Silverbling can not guarantee an immediate refund if products are returned without any notice or any other correspondence, in this instance refunds could take up to 14 days.

All goods must be returned in the original packaging and for for re-sale.

Delivery - should take 1-5 days depending on the speed of An Post. Collection or delivery is available to Sandyford, Stillorgan, Leopardstown, Dundrum and Surrounding Areas In Ireland. Options may change to courier if there are delays in the postal system

Please allow for postal delays during the pandemic, speed of delivery is outside the control of Silverbling.

All items are inspected before dispatch and wrapped in bubble wrap inside the gift box to protect the jewellery, every care is taken to ensure the jewellery does not get damaged in the postal system.

Jewellery Care - Sterling silver should be kept in a dark dust free box to prevent tarnishing, please never use chemicals, perfume, aftershave or bleach as these will damage the metal.

Contact - If you have forgotten something or made an error do not worry, just drop me a message using the purple message us button at the bottom of the page, this goes directly to my email inbox which I check regularly day and night or by using the contact us link.

Returns - Should you have any problems or questions please contact Tracie at silverbling.ie@gmail.com as soon as possible, issues are very rare but they do happen and are always resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Any issue should be emailed within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the jewellery, bow tie, corsage or mask.

Clip on earrings come in a gift pouch not a box to avoid the clips breaking

Shipments and Returns

Earrings - Can not be returned due to health and hygiene laws, Silverbling can not be held responsible for lost backs or magnets

Masks - Can not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons

Rings - Can not be returned, please ensure you have the correct size before ordering

Sale items - No refunds on sale goods a credit note will be issued

Bow Ties & Wrist Corsages - I am very sorry but bow ties and wrist corsages can not be returned or exchanged unless in exceptional circumstances
Payment - Secure online payments via Paypal and Stripe, sorry I can not take payments over the phone due to data protection.

Shipping Times

All jewellery is in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified and not including bank holidays or public holidays,special orders for all other products will take anything up to 10 working days.

We do our best to ensure the quickest delivery time possible for all deliveries but are at the mercy of various postal systems and suppliers dispatch times. Any delays in delivery times due to holidays or festivals will be excluded from time allowed.

We use An Post (the Irish postal service) for our postage and shipping, costs are stipulated by them and are subject to change at short notice. Silverbling can not guarantee the speed of the postal service but they are usually very reliable, delivery in 1-5 days.

Please allow for postal delays during the pandemic.

Registered or express post is delivered in 1-2 days excluding bank holidays, weekend and other times the post office is closed or postal staff are not working.

Christmas Deliveries

Silverbling guarantees to have all orders posted by the cut off date set by An Post, we will not be responsible for delays in the postal system. An Post are usually very reliable with added Saturday and Sunday deliveries. If you are placing a late order please be aware the jewellery is gift boxed so is classed as a packet that might not fit in your letterbox.

An Post will do their best to ensure delivery which could mean leaving it with a neighbour or in some other place and not always leaving a notification in your letter box which is outside the control of Silverbling.

During December 1-5 days shipping for standard post is an estimate and reliant on the postal system Silverbling can not guarantee the speed of An Post or the delays that may occur. Silverbling will not be responsible for orders placed with the shipping notification " Christmas delivery not guaranteed" or various forms of the same, no refunds will be given for orders not received by Christmas day for customers who choose to take their chances with the postal system.

Should your item be sent by courier you will be texted a tracking link, courier deliveries will be with business 3 days.

All items remain the property of Silverbling until fully and wholly paid for.

Credit Cards

We reserve the right to cancel a transaction on behalf of our merchant credit card company. As we take security very seriously this can sometimes happen as a result of the card companies security checks. In this situation they will ask us to email and telephone you.

Please do not be offended, this is to protect you and your credit card details, until we have established that you are a real person and the owner of the credit card your order may be delayed.

We will do our best to deliver our goods within the 10 days but can not take any responsibility for the vagaries of postal systems. We will keep you fully informed of any delays or out of stock products, if the fault lies with Silverbling you will be offered the option of waiting for your order, a replacement item or a full refund.
